The Receptionists have all been really friendly
The guy at the breakfast buffet couldn‘t or didn‘t want to speak english at all… overheard a conversation where he told some Asian Tourists in german that they need to Sign something and they got really confused offcourse and he got seemingly mader and mader at them. Don‘t know how a guy with 0 english knowledge or such low empathy that he refuses to speak it can work in a Hotel in Vienna .. as Austrian i got really embarrassed for our Country
